1. Payment Methods
UlvorClothing offers several payment options to ensure convenience and security:
- Third-Party Payment Gateways: We use trusted third-party providers Razorpay and PhonePe to process payments. These gateways offer a range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking, ensuring your transactions are secure.
- Secure Transactions: All payment details are processed through secure, encrypted channels provided by Razorpay and PhonePe. UlvorClothing does not store any payment information directly.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes your order details, estimated delivery date, and a unique Order ID for reference. This confirmation indicates that your order is being processed.
3. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us at ulvorclothing@gmail.com or call us at 7871578915. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed, and cancellations may not be possible.
- Order Cancellation by UlvorClothing: We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues. If we need to cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Refunds and Payment Disputes
- Refund Process: Canceled orders will be refunded within 5-7 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used.
- Payment Disputes: For payment-related issues, please reach out to our support team with your Order ID. In case of specific payment gateway issues, we may advise you to contact Razorpay or PhonePe support directly with your Ticket ID.
