- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a T-shirt that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the damage within 2-4 days of receiving the product.
- Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
2. Refund and Replacement Process
- Replacement: Damaged or defective items can be replaced with the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
- Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
3. Shipping and Handling
- Third-Party Shipping: All orders are shipped through our trusted shipping partner, Shiprocket. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. UlvorClothing is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.
- Return Shipping: For returns due to product damage, UlvorClothing will cover the cost of return shipping.

- Third-Party Payment Providers: Payments on our site are processed through Razorpay and PhonePe. In case of issues with the payment process, please reach out directly to Razorpay or PhonePe support with your Ticket ID for assistance.
